I'm Drew—but I usually go by ‘dad’ around the house.

I’m the Head of Production at ILLUXION, a tech-forward video production company in Redmond, WA. I've spent over a decade telling stories through bold visuals, building two production companies along the way. These days, I lead commercials, direct shoots, run post, and still find time to nerd out on gear, create passion projects and build systems with agentic AI.

I have extensive hands-on experience with creative development, producing & budgeting, directing, cinematography, editing, animation, computer builds, and project management.

I care about the work, but I care more about the people making it. I believe in showing up early, staying curious, and projects that feel as good as they look. I know how to lead a large team, run a set, build a pipeline, and be the calm when the chaos is at loud.
