I'm Drew—creative director at ILLUXION, a small but mighty video studio in Redmond, WA. I've spent over a decade telling stories through bold visuals, building two production companies along the way. These days, I lead commercials, direct shoots, run post, and still find time to nerd out on gear, create passion projects and build systems with agentic AI.

I care about the work, but I care more about the people making it. I believe in showing up early, staying curious, and creating visuals that feel as good as they look. I know how to lead a team, run a set, build a pipeline, and be the calm when the chaos is at full volume.
